The Mega-Conference, now the leading gathering of top newspaper executives in the industry, got an updated web site today as the groups sponsoring the conference gear up to promote the 2020 edition in Fort Worth, Texas.

"We provide free upgrades to all our clients for the life of their contracts with us," said Bill Ostendorf, founder and president of Creative Circle Media Solutions. "And we typically provide a complete overhaul and redesign every few years as well. As a digital CMS provider, I've always felt part of our responsibility is to keep our sites current and provide a steady flow of significant upgrades."

The Key Executives Mega-Conference is a joint effort of newspaper media associations with an estimated combined membership of more than 5,000 publishers. Hosts are the Inland Press Association, Local Media Association, Southern Newspaper Publishers Association and News Media Alliance. Members of all four associations are eligible to register as attendees and reserve exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities at member rates.

The Mega-Conference partners chose Creative Circle as their web partner over other web site providers in the industry. Creative Circle's outsourcing team provides marketing, design and production support for the conference as well, creating e-blasts to promote the conference and assisting in create advertising, marketing, programs, signage and other services for the conference.

The site is based on Creative Circle's mediasiteQ web CMS and also uses QuickAds and paywallQ. The site features a number of very customized touches, including a trade show function to highlight sponsors and exhibitors. Our custom "countdown clock" layer allows an association to count down to major events and highlight calls to action as the conference nears to register for hotel rooms, sign up in time for discounted rates and the deadline for registering for the event itself.

Creative Circle also hosts the web sites for Inland and SNPA, two of the Mega-Conference partner organizations. Both groups also use Creative Circle's Creative Outsourcing services. Creative Circle rebranded both organizations and handles all marketing, advertising and publication design and production work for Inland, producing their monthly Inlander publication, creating e-blasts and marketing materials, managing the web site and creating everything needed for Inland's conferences, including programs, signage and advertising.

The launch of the upgrades site coincides with the beginning of the marketing effort for the 2020 Mega-Conference. This year's Mega-Conference will be held February 17-19, 2020 at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.
